date or period of creation
An element that indicates the period of creation of the given output or infrastructure.
A ‘date of creation’ takes a form of a time point in a standard format (DD/MM/YYYY). If this format is not adequate, one should use a ‘period of creation’ that as an interval of time allows more equivocal indication of the time of creation of an output or an infrastructure.
However, it must follow one of the three given formats: MM/YYYY, YYYY or YYYY-YYYY.
