prototype process
A prototype process stores sequences of activities that shall be mobilised in order to produce a particular type of output (i.e. envisaged output). It may enclose information about types of expected outputs, about sequences of anticipated activities, preceding processes, as well as remarks outlining additional mandatory elements (e.g., instruments, software, and infrastructures).
A prototype process can be used in order to draft a process, either in planning stages or in cross-examining a series of comparable processes.
